Responsibilities
- Design high-quality software solutions using Python on Amazon Web Services
- Ensure software applications deliver optimal performance and scalability
- Apply consistent data pipeline design principles and best practices
- Optimize database and data pipeline performance through analysis
- Collaborate with team members in an Agile work environment
- Review code to maintain high standards of quality and functionality
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
- Prepare documentation for software designs, processes, and technical specifications
- Identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks
- Support continuous improvement efforts across the team

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer
- Advanced background in Amazon Web Services
- Competency in SQL and database management
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices
- Understanding of Snowflake and Microsoft Power BI
- Knowledge of ReactJS is a plus
- Proven ability to excel in a remote Agile team setting
- Background in finance, trading, or asset management is a plus
- Required English proficiency level of B2
- Background in Financial Application development
- Certifications in relevant technology areas
- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Understanding of DevOps practices
