Lead Product Owner (Core Retail and F&R)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead SAP Consultant to oversee our Supply Chain and eComm Fulfillment sectors.
As an integral part of our IT team, you will lead the Core Retail and F&R (Forecasting and Replenishment) solutions, leveraging SAP Retail as the primary ERP system. Your expertise will guide the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of these critical areas, ensuring we meet the technological and operational requirements of our retail and e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Support product vision development and communicate it effectively
  • Collaborate with business counterparts and SAP experts to gather and prioritize requirements
  • Convert business requirements into user stories and functional requirements
  • Manage and prioritize the SAP Retail product backlog, containing well-defined user stories, features, and technical tasks
  • Define clear acceptance criteria for each user story in alignment with business objectives
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration with IT teams, including SAP specialists and business analysts for successful feature delivery
  • Identify, highlight, and implement continuous improvement opportunities within SAP Retail
  • Lead training sessions for end-users and IT stakeholders
  • Analyze end-user preferences and requests
  • Maintain adherence to applicable standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in the SAP ECC6 implementation and maintenance

  • University Degree in Information & Computer Technology or another related technical discipline
  • Master's degree or Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe) are considered an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience with exposure to the retail industry
  • Proficiency in Agile Methodologies (SAFe) and experience using agile tools like Atlassian
  • Strong background in SAP business processes associated with Core Retail, Forecast & Replenishment
  • Qualifications in SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FI
  • Capability to travel up to 10% within Europe for project works
  • Autonomous, proactive, and structured approach with excellent analytical skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or with teams
  • Excellent command of the English language in both written and spoken forms
  • Fluent Greek communication skills
