We are currently searching for a skilled Process Mining Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with various high-level stakeholders across our organization and will play a critical role in improving our company's internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assessment, examination, and validation of business processes by using process mining tools for the purpose of process optimization
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders in the business to identify process-related challenges and develop effective solutions for those
  • Communicate and discuss process data insights with stakeholders and propose improvements and optimizations
  • Facilitate training and coaching sessions for stakeholders on the use of process mining tools
  • Work within a multinational environment
  • Develop process mining strategies and create a road map for successful implementation
  • Monitoring and reporting on the status of process management activities regularly

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process mining, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Proven experience using process mining tools such as Celonis, ABBY Timeline, or others
  • Compelling analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Fluency in English to effectively communicate with different department stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
