Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Power BI dashboards and reports
- Manage and mentor a team of Power BI developers, ensuring high standards and best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and align BI solutions with business goals
- Optimize performance and usability of existing reports and dashboards
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all BI outputs
- Oversee data sourcing, modeling, and transformation processes (ETL) to support Power BI development
- Stay ahead of trends in BI and data visualization to introduce innovative solutions
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI and business intelligence, including team leadership or project ownership
- Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large relational databases
- Solid understanding of ETL processes and data integration
- Proven track record of delivering business-critical BI solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead stakeholder discussions
