Lead Power BI Data Developer

We are looking for a Lead Power BI Data Developer to join our team.
You will be instrumental in transitioning over 1000 reports to Power BI while creating a standardized semantic layer data model. We are looking for a collaborative team player who can foster strong relationships with clients and ensure successful project outcomes. If you are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Create standardized semantic layer data model for reporting
• Convert existing reports from Oracle OCI, Tableau, and Cognos to Power BI
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective project delivery
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions
• Establish trustful relationships with clients for ongoing success
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration for requirements gathering
• Document technical specifications and project updates
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of Power BI reports
• Optimize data models for efficiency and performance
• Assist in the development of team members through knowledge sharing

• Expertise in Power BI development and reporting with 5+ years of experience
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Advanced knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions, Structured Query Language, and Tabular Modeling
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Analysis Services for data solutions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in gathering requirements and creating technical documentation
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders
• English proficiency for effective communication

• Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification
• Familiarity with Salesforce Tableau
