Lead People Advisory Specialist

We are looking for a Lead People Advisory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with senior management to develop and implement effective HR practices that drive strategic business growth and increase team engagement. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong and trusting partnerships with individuals from a wide range of people and groups around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support in change management and ensuring compliance with the Company's policies and procedures, providing recommendations and clarifications regarding personnel policy
  • Leadership regarding organizational strategy and strategy related to personnel, their implementation
  • Control over adaptation processes, management efficiency, maintenance, involvement, etc
  • Promotion of global HR projects and initiatives
  • Providing HR expertise in feedback, employee relations, and consulting with managers on performance management and employee retention
  • Working with people data, analyzing trends and HR metrics in partnership with the business to develop solutions and programs that meet their needs
  • Providing insightful data for proactive decision making
  • Identifying business goals and needs to match teams with the right people, business strategies, HR strategies, practices, and solutions
  • Development of HR strategies and approaches to establish and improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
  • Identifying the root causes of critical problems. Design and implementation of solutions
  • Having responsibilities of a Resource manager at HR in case this can be a point of interest and act as a mentor and guide for junior HR colleagues

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
  • Successful HR experience in a company with 500+ employees
  • Deep knowledge of HR programs/functions, practices, and IT business operations fundamentals
  • Work experience as a management consultant
  • Ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations and independently search for solutions
  • Ability to listen and understand the needs of employees as well as the needs of the company
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action
  • Ability to confidently organize and manage multiple tasks
  • Skills to influence through strong relationships, experience, and data; ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate large, complex changes. The ability to stylistically adapt communication taking into account the audience
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of English at a high level (B2-C1)
