We are looking for a Lead OTM Functional Test Consultant to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the global design and implementation team for OTM and Product Support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Understand Customer Business Processes/Requirements and analyze their feasibility with respect to OTM features and functionalities
• Prepare Project Scope, Business Requirement Blueprint, and various Functional Specification Documents
• Configure and demonstrate critical end-to-end business scenarios as part of Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions
• Assist the Technical team in translating functional specifications into design specifications
• Suggest innovative, cost and effort-effective solutions for addressing various non-standard business requirements
• Prepare functional Test Cases and Scenario documents
• Conduct end-to-end Functional and Integration testing of various application modules and custom-designed components
• Train end users on application functionality/features and assist them during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase
• Provide Go-Live and post-implementation warranty support for resolving business issues
• Analyze feasibility and impact of various Enhancements/Change Requirements (CRs) on existing configurations

• Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent
• At least 9 to 12 years of overall experience, with 3 to 5 years in OTM Implementation/Rollout and support
• Proficiency in OTM design and configuration of agent workflow, rate configuration, itinerary, lanes, screen set, and master data setup
• Basic understanding and experience in OTM functionality, particularly in Order Management, Planning and Execution, and Freight Settlement
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and report development
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Wilingness to work on-call support model
• Fluency in English language (B2+ level)

• Experience in EBS
• Knowledge or experience with Global Trade Management, Sourcing and Fusion Transportation Intelligence
