We are seeking a Lead Office Specialist to support EPAM Izmir offices operations offline and partly Antalya and Istanbul offices online.
This role requires excellent customer service, strong administrative skills, native Turkish language proficiency, and a very good command of the English language.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the EPAM Izmir office
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors
- Coordinate online support for Antalya and Istanbul offices
- Schedule and organize meetings, including travel arrangements when necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- Oversee and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the office environment
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
- Prepare and submit reports on office activity
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required
