Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage Cloud network infrastructure
  • Aware of BlueCat Centralized DNS and DHCP management
  • Manage DNS records across cloud-native solutions (e.g., AWS Route 53, GCP Cloud DNS, Azure DNS) and integrate them with on-premises solutions like BlueCat
  • Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and standards
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements
  • Automate network tasks using scripting and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud networking and DNS management

  • Strong knowledge of Cloud networking services, including VPC, VPN, Cloud Interconnect, and Cloud DNS
  • Experience with Cloud/BlueCat servers and DNS management
  • Proficiency in network security principles and practices
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
  • IP Addressing & Subnetting: Maintain deep knowledge of IPv4 addressing, CIDR notation, and subnetting for optimal network design and configuration
  • Experience with network automation tools and scripting languages (Python, Terraform)
  • Working experience with Jenkins Pipeline
  • Proficiency in using network monitoring tools (ELK, SolarWinds)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work remotely and participate in on-call rotation
  • Professional Cloud Network Engineer certifications (GCP / AWS / Azure)
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
