EPAM is looking for an experienced Lead .NET Software Engineer with hands-on expertise in AWS.
Our client is a renowned global logistics company and a frontrunner in transportation management.
This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Latvia, whether it's your home or our office in Riga.

Responsibilities

  • Guide engineering teams in adoption of architectural standards Leverage AWS to deliver efficient, cloud-native solutions
  • Translate business needs and requirements into technical specifications
  • Assist in the preparation of project plans and product roadmaps
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring and direction to other team members
  • Design and develop REST APIs and other code that is reliable, maintainable, and extendable
  • Write unit, integration, and functional tests, and guide others in doing the same
  • Document software designs and project tasks
  • Review functional requirements and analyze their impact on schedule and software design
  • Lead and participate in design/code reviews
  • Interview and provide technical assessments of employment candidates

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years' experience in software development
  • 2+ years team lead / management experience
  • Background in developing and deploying in AWS
  • Ability to use .NET framework to build microservices
  • Skills in developing REST APIs according to established best practices
  • Understanding of software design principles & patterns and applying them
  • Background in Scrum/Agile SDLC
Nice to have
  • Understanding of GraphQL
  • Skills in ReactJS

Salary range €4K-€6K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
