We are seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Software Developer to join our team. As a Lead .NET Software Developer, you will play a key role in all phases of the software development cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software applications. With your strong knowledge of .NET Core, C#, and frontend tech stack including TypeScript and Angular, you will upgrade existing software applications and develop new ones to meet evolving business needs. You will also troubleshoot issues in the production environment and communicate effectively with multi-national, multi-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all phases of the software development cycle, including analysis, design, and implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues in the production environment
  • Upgrade existing software applications according to changing business needs
  • Develop software applications in collaboration with Team Lead, QAs, Business analysts, Support team, and other developers
  • Communicate effectively with multi-national, multi-cultural teams
  • Lead the team of engineers

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of software development experience in a similar position
  • 1+ year of leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of .NET Core and C#
  • Experience with TypeScript + Angular (10+), RxJs, and ngrx at a basic/mid level
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement software products
  • Capability to manage shifting priorities and timelines
  • Proficiency in writing testable and maintainable code
  • Knowledge of OOP, CQRS, SOLID principles
  • Familiarity with MS SQL
  • Adaptability to learn and apply new technologies
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team with little supervision
  • B2+ English level proficiency
