Responsibilities
- Direct the planning and execution of integration projects utilizing MuleSoft technologies
- Supervise the entire development process from initial analysis to final deployment and ongoing support
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of MuleSoft developers while promoting a team-oriented environment
- Uphold coding, testing, and deployment best practices within the team
- Design, build, and maintain APIs using Anypoint Platform to facilitate effective data integration
- Work alongside various departmental teams to tailor integration solutions to meet business objectives
- Perform thorough code reviews to ensure superior software quality
- Identify and address complex technical challenges
- Promote ongoing enhancement efforts within the team to optimize integration processes
- Keep abreast of new developments and features in the MuleSoft ecosystem

- A minimum of 5 years of MuleSoft development experience
- Over one year of leadership and team management experience
- Mastery of Mule Runtime for optimal environment configuration and management
- Proficiency in managing and deploying applications on MuleSoft CloudHub
- Expertise in DataWeave for effective data transformation
- Proficiency in utilizing Anypoint Exchange for API sharing and consumption
- Skilled in Anypoint Design Center for crafting API specifications and connectors
- Experience with Anypoint API Manager for API security and management
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at a B2 level or higher
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
- Experience in enterprise software architecture design
- Holders of MuleSoft or related technical certifications
