We seek a talented Lead Mobile (Android/iOS) Developer to join our dynamic team.
As Lead Mobile (Android/iOS) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative mobile solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of mobile applications and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile development, and architecture design, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end mobile solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements. Develop architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and system integration plans for mobile applications
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks for mobile development. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend suitable technologies for project implementation
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines. Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and excellence in mobile solution delivery
  • Create prototypes and proof of concepts to validate architectural decisions and demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions. Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices. Implement quality assurance processes to identify and address issues early in the development lifecycle
  • Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance responsiveness and efficiency
  • Implement security best practices to protect mobile applications from vulnerabilities and cyber threats. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to mobile application security
  • Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user guides for mobile solutions. Provide training and guidance to development teams on architectural principles, design patterns, and coding techniques
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tooling, and automation. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization
Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Android/iOS Technical Lead or similar role, with a minimum of 6+ years in mobile application development
  • Expertise in mobile platforms such as iOS, Android, or cross-platform frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin
  • Proficiency in mobile development languages and technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, JavaScript, etc
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns, including MVVM, MVP, MVC, and microservices architecture
  • Hands-on experience with mobile development tools, IDEs, and version control systems (e.g., Xcode, Android Studio, Git, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in mobile applications
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration towards common goals
