We are seeking a skilled Lead Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team.
As the Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our client's marketing campaigns run smoothly and effectively using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)/Pardot.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze requirements for Marketing Cloud implementation
- Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)/Pardot
- Develop and execute complex Marketing Cloud journeys using SFMC Journey Builder
- Create and manage email campaigns using SFMC Email Studio
- Ensure seamless integration with other systems and platforms for effective campaign management
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Marketing Cloud implementation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for Marketing Cloud implementation
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Marketing Cloud implementation, with certifications in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and other relevant certifications
- Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
- Proficiency in SFMC Journey Builder and SFMC Email Studio for effective campaign management
- Mandatory certifications in App Builder, PD1, PD2, and Marketing Cloud
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and deliver quality results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+) for effective communication with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in Retail domain
