Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable applications using ReactJS and TypeScript
• Collaborate with product owners and key executives to understand and fulfill client requirements
• Guide and mentor team members in best practices and code reviews
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability
• Drive the integration of AWS services into development processes
• Facilitate localization and configuration of RevCycle products
• Enhance the unified UI/UX experience across various platforms and devices
• Conduct performance testing and optimization
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Support the deployment and continuous integration of applications

• Proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Background in AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and EC2
• Skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Experience in leading development teams and projects
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and challenges
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Competency in additional JavaScript frameworks like Angular or Vue.js
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
