We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Microservices Engineer to join our talented team.

As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust Microservices Architecture solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API, and SQL. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrate a strong understanding of Microservices Architecture principles.

• Design and develop Microservices Architecture solutions that align with the company's business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of Microservices applications
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Java and Microservices development
• Work closely with architects and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Microservices solutions
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall improvement of the development team

• 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Java Backend
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Microservices Architecture
• Strong understanding of REST API development and best practices
• Proficiency in SQL and database design
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
