We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining distributed RESTful web application microservices utilizing Java and will be vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of our products in production settings. This role demands a solid foundation in Java development, proficiency with AWS services, and a talent for creating effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain distributed RESTful web application microservices using Java
  • Employ AWS services such as ECS, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, RDS, and CloudWatch
  • Create automated tests for execution in CI/CD pipelines
  • Formulate and convey effective solutions for technical/product challenges
  • Maintain products in production with tools like Splunk and SignalFx for observability and alerting
  • Improve application performance and reduce risks through extensive testing

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Java for designing and building microservices
  • At least 3 years of experience with AWS services including ECS, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, RDS, and CloudWatch
  • Proficiency in Python, specifically for lambda functions
  • Expertise in creating automated tests for CI/CD pipelines
  • Background in developing and communicating technical solutions
  • Competency in supporting production environments with tools like Splunk and SignalFx
