In this position, you will play a crucial role in the development and improvement of our software solutions, ensuring they align with our product vision. The perfect candidate will have a strong passion for coding, excel at tackling complex technical challenges, and thrive in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform development and enhancement of applications using Java and Angular
  • Craft robust, scalable, and secure features for full-stack development
  • Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers
  • Engage actively in Agile ceremonies and enhance the Agile process
  • Enhance continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows
  • Manage codebase using software version control systems like GitHub
  • Troubleshoot complex software issues and devise effective solutions
  • Uphold software quality and performance standards
  • Articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

  • Minimum of 5 years in full-stack development
  • Over 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Java, Angular, and Spring
  • Background in producing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Capability to debug complex issues with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Competency in using software version control systems like GitHub
