Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support IQ product in Identity Management system
  • Triage, refine, and manage incidents
  • Troubleshoot incidents and conduct root cause analysis
  • Fix bugs and verify resolutions
  • Cover unit tests and automate processes
  • Establish tools to monitor and control SLA
  • Collaborate in the triage of incoming requests
  • Support the deployment process, including hotfix releases
  • Interact with new feature development teams for cross-team knowledge sharing
  • Create documentation
  • Manage the change process effectively
  • Negotiate with different levels of support service on the client's side
  • Lead day-to-day activities of the engineering team
Requirements
  • 9 to 15 years of experience in Java development
  • Proven track record managing Support Service with committed SLAs from an engineering perspective
  • Practical understanding of incident management processes
  • Background in ITIL processes
  • Proficiency in Metrics & KPIs
  • Qualifications in Java software development
  • Familiarity with Angular
  • Competency in engineering excellence principles and practices
  • Background in leading large-scale technical teams at the program level
  • Expertise in object-oriented analysis and design
  • Advanced skills in object-oriented programming languages and techniques
  • Outstanding communication capabilities
  • Capability to work hands-on with Microservices
Nice to have
  • Background in IAM
  • Familiarity with Continuous Delivery
  • Proficiency in code instrumentation for gathering production performance metrics
  • Understanding of AI and Machine Learning principles
