- Lead the design and development of Java-based applications
- Ensure code quality through the use of JUnit and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with key executives and product owners to understand and fulfill requirements
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers
- Drive innovation and modernization of legacy applications
- Implement solutions that align with the AWS cloud environment
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Document all development processes and system changes
- Manage timelines and deliverables within an agile framework
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies and frameworks

- 5+ years of experience in Java development
- 1+ years of relevant experience in leading and mentoring a development team
- Proficiency in JUnit
- Background in deploying applications on AWS
- Skills in SaaS-based solution development

- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
