Responsibilities
- Design and enhance the Java codebase
- Build back-end microservices and REST APIs
- Perform unit testing to ensure software reliability
- Sustain high code quality through consistent review processes
- Promote adherence to best practices such as code review, unit testing, and continuous integration
- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies to foster team collaboration
- Engage in estimation and planning to meet project milestones
- Mentor and assist team members

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; Master's degree in Computer Science preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of development experience
- Over 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
- Capability to construct APIs and understanding of microservices architecture
- Background in financial services, particularly wealth management, preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken at C1 level)
- Understanding of industry standards in financial services
- Capability to foster innovative solutions within collaborative teams
