We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer with extensive experience in AWS, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of offshore Java developers. Your expertise in Java development, AWS, and third-party API integration will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of this project.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of offshore Java developers
- Create and maintain the backend/cloud/Amazon Web Services code
- Integrate third-party services to provide access to critical components of the system
- Collaborate with the architect and ba/dev/qa/dev ops teams to ensure successful delivery of the project
- Conduct code reviews and hands-on development
- Ensure the successful delivery on time and within budget

- 5+ years of experience in Java programming and Spring Boot framework
- Extensive experience in AWS, including AWS Lambda and Amazon Web Services
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Experience in React js
- Project Management skills
- Strong command of PostgreSQL and other database systems
- Experience with Apache Kafka and Docker
- Experience in developing and integrating third-party APIs
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
- Familiarity with Node.js
