- Consistently interact with clients daily to gauge their needs and oversee expectations
- Recommend architectural modifications to boost performance and expand scalability
- Code development, execution, and enhancement to support effective operations and fulfill project objectives
- Work collaboratively with engineers, architects, and product managers to foster innovation and ongoing enhancements
- Minimize meeting frequency to enhance focus on developmental tasks
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet high-quality standards

- Minimum 5 years in software development and system integration across complete implementation cycles
- Proficiency in Java with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience
- Over 1 year of pertinent leadership experience
- Familiarity with Git or alternative version control systems
- Essential self-management and strong prioritization skills
- Combination of skills in Java 8+, JUnit, and Mockito
- Showcase of SQL expertise
- Excellent English communication abilities with experience in client interactions
- Background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
