Lead Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Manage software development lifecycle processes and lead the team
• Collaborate with the production support team for component release and maintenance
• Provide architectural feedback based on your expertise and experience
• Design and implement real-time event-driven applications
• Ensure adherence to test-driven development and continuous integration practices
• Support and mentor team members in their development efforts
• Contribute to the overall technology direction of the platform
• Facilitate communication between globally distributed teams
• Engage in troubleshooting and problem resolution as needed

• 5+ years of experience in software development with Java
• Mastery of core Java concepts including multithreading and garbage collection optimization
• Understanding of Algorithms & Data structures
• Familiarity with concurrency collections and their applications
• Expertise in developing real-time event-driven applications
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
• Ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new domains quickly
