We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Java Developer to guide the development and enhancement of software systems critical to Data Center management and Supply Chain logistics. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, collaborate directly with the client, and play an active role in delivering high-performance platforms designed to support future Logistics solutions.

Responsibilities
- Assist team members in resolving challenges and eliminating barriers to ensure efficient workflows
- Work alongside a Europe-based Lead to coordinate team efforts and maintain seamless collaboration
- Act as the key representative in meetings with client-side Management and Product Owners
- Contribute directly to software development tasks as a senior-level Software Engineer to drive project success
- Participate in the design, architecture, and estimation of major project deliverables
- Ensure the delivery of top-quality software solutions within agreed timelines and project requirements
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting their skill growth and improving overall team performance
- Monitor project progress, communicate key milestones, and share risks and updates with stakeholders
- Independently address technical issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Engage in development and integration processes across all phases of the system implementation life cycle

- Five or more years of experience in software development and integration, covering all phases of the system life cycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support
- At least five years of hands-on experience with Java programming in professional environments
- A minimum of one year of experience managing or leading software development teams
- Proficiency in SQL for managing database operations and integration tasks
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with clients, including performance updates and workload planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to independently resolve complex technical challenges
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Guice, and Protocol Buffers
- Familiarity with Guava for enhancing application functionality and efficiency
- Eagerness to explore and adapt to new technologies based on project requirements
