We are looking for a Lead Go Engineer to strengthen our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle application development using Go, encompassing the design, implementation, testing, and launch of applications. The successful candidate will additionally take on leadership responsibilities including project scoping, mentoring team members, and leading architectural discussions.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Serbia.

Responsibilities
- Participate in full-cycle application development: design, implement, test, and launch solutions in Go
- Create and develop features based on requirement specifications and design documents
- Write clean, testable, and high-quality code following best practices and clean code principles
- Be involved in a code review process
- Help identify, escalate and resolve any technical issues and problems that might occur
- Communicate with the customer to clarify requirements
- Mentor and lead members of the development team
- Lead and communicate project scoping roadmap architecture discussions within development team
- Coordinate plan and track tasks and activities
- Ensure that the Agile team is capable of consuming stakeholder demand

- Substantial experience with Go
- Skills in communication protocols: REST/HTTP, gRPC
- Relational and no-relational databases experience
- Familiarity with high- and low-level design patterns
- CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) support/design experience
- Proficiency in developing services or microservices
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Good English communication skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
