Responsibilities
- Develop new components and features for our full stack applications
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use on both client and server side
- Write, audit, and improve our test coverage
- Document and refactor our codebase ensuring high quality coding standards
- Participation in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
- Profiling and improving front-end and back-end performance
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications
- Integration of user-facing elements with server side logic
- Implementation and maintenance of security and data protection features
- Collaborate with team members to design, develop, test, and deploy high performance cloud-based applications

- Extensive experience in React.js, Next.js, Node.js
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3
- English: B2 and higher ( writing and speaking)
- Leadership experience with a technology team, including effective delegation of tasks and issue resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in effectively communicating technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical clients
- Strong understanding and experience of system design, data structures, and algorithms
- Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha
- Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases
