We are looking for aLead Full Stack Developer to join our team and work with a global, patient-focused pharmaceutical client. This role will involve performing on our in-house Computational Pathology Portal, a cloud-based application for biomarker discovery in oncology drug programs. This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer the Computational Pathology Portal, including WebUI and API integration
  • Elaborate on the API using Python and FastAPI for the Portal components
  • Develop web applications employing TypeScript and React

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and React
  • Background in Python and FastAPI
  • Practical knowledge of Unix
  • Experience with SQL databases, including design, configuration and management aspects
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology principles and processes
  • Basic knowledge of cloud computing, specifically AWS
Nice to have
  • Prior experience in image processing
  • Competency in Kubernetes
  • Practical experience in regulatory environments, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency in Go
