We are looking for aLead Full Stack Developer to join our team and work with a global, patient-focused pharmaceutical client. This role will involve performing on our in-house Computational Pathology Portal, a cloud-based application for biomarker discovery in oncology drug programs. What You'll Do
- Engineer the Computational Pathology Portal, including WebUI and API integration
- Elaborate on the API using Python and FastAPI for the Portal components
- Develop web applications employing TypeScript and React
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React
- Background in Python and FastAPI
- Practical knowledge of Unix
- Experience with SQL databases, including design, configuration and management aspects
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology principles and processes
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing, specifically AWS
