Lead Flutter Developer

We are looking for a proficient Lead Flutter Developer to bolster our progressive technology team.
In this pivotal position, you will examine our current system, offer your wisdom in its stabilization and deployment, and actively engage in the continuing development of our Flutter-based applications.

• Customize the Mexican variant of the international app
• Work closely with the Product Owner to develop Jira Epics and Stories
• Guide the development team, estimate Stories, and provide advice on design and development
• Enhance functionality and user interface in existing Flutter applications
• Craft and execute solid Flutter app frameworks
• Construct superior Flutter app UI components
• Identify and resolve issues to boost performance
• Engage in code reviews and uphold Flutter development best practices
• Keep abreast of technological advancements to maintain our app's leading-edge status

• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Over one year of pertinent leadership experience
• Qualifications in Flutter App Architecture
• Skills in designing and implementing attractive Flutter App UIs
• Understanding of GetX for state management
• Flexibility to work with React, Contentful, and commercetools
• Background in business analysis and product management
• Capability to operate within Microsoft Azure environments
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with commercetools and Contentful
• Experience utilizing GetX
• Expertise in conducting business analysis
• Knowledge of strategies for product management
