If so, you could be a great fit for our Brussels studio as a Lead Designer.
As a Lead Designer at EPAM you will be responsible for the conception, design and execution of visuals to be used in creative campaigns for our clients. You'll help lift our design output to a new level, continuously learning and evolving in the area of UI, digital design, branding, visual storytelling and graphic design.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to visit the EPAM studio & client site weekly.

Responsibilities
- Lead on experience design concepts helping to both develop compelling user experiences and also taking evolving concepts to another level across a range of project types from design to build
- Translate stories into compelling visual narratives and generate graphic concepts based on project requirements
- Present client and agency work aligning with brand requirements and maintain brand design across various platforms
- Create moodboards, design web assets, illustrations, logos, compose images and other creative materials
- Understand and manage design project schedules, study briefs, identify constraints and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts, establish design guidelines and present creative ideas for feedback
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, creative directors, product management and engineering teams to produce final designs and create innovative visual solutions for products
- Mentor junior colleagues on projects

- Extensive portfolio demonstrating broad design experiences
- Hands-on design skills with industry standard tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma, Adobe suite (and whatever gets the job done)
