Responsibilities
- Lead the Data Software Engineering team by offering mentorship and technical direction
- Define and deliver scalable and efficient data pipelines leveraging Airflow and Python
- Optimize ETL processes to convert and transform data into actionable formats for training and inference
- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams while working in an agile framework
- Convert feature requirements and data mappings into well-engineered, maintainable code solutions
- 5+ years in Data Software Engineering
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services, Apache Airflow, PostgreSQL
- Expertise in designing and managing ETL workflows with in-depth knowledge of data transformations, migrations, and integrations
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and flexibility to accommodate dynamic project needs
- B2-level or higher English communication skills
- Knowledge of OpenSearch
- Qualifications in creating search and indexing solutions
