Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of build, deployment, and configuration management processes, with a focus on improving CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and DevOps across multiple environments and subscriptions
- Elevate user experience on the Databricks platform by applying best practices in cluster management, cost-effective setups, and data security models
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, implementing solutions that drive efficiency and minimize manual effort

- 4+ years of professional experience in a DevOps role
- Proven experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives, with a strong ability to mentor and guide team members from 1 year
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Azure/AWS, including Data Lake Storage, Databricks, ADF, and Synapse Analytics or similar
- Ability to take ownership of technical decisions, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and best practices
- Extensive experience managing production infrastructure with Terraform
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline management using Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Hands-on expertise with the Databricks platform is a huge plus
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with at least one scripting language: Bash, Perl, or Groovy
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
- English level B2 or higher - able to communicate directly with customers
