Lead Data Analyst (Data Modeling)

Responsibilities

• Create extensive data models to aid decision-making across various departments
• Update and improve existing models to meet evolving business demands
• Work with business stakeholders to discern their requirements and develop solutions based on data
• Perform in-depth data analysis and produce actionable insights
• Optimize data gathering and model deployment processes to improve data reliability and precision
• Appraise model efficacy and adjust based on feedback and evolving needs
• Guide junior data analysts on data modeling methods and industry best practices

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics and model building
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data analysis and model creation
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Expertise in utilizing statistical modeling techniques and predictive analytics tools
• Competency in handling big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
• Experience with ERwin
• Strong understanding of business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI for reporting and visualization
• Background in automating data procedures and familiarity with ETL tools
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
