We are thrilled to invite an experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our enthusiastic team at a rapidly growing e-commerce food brand.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our advanced data measurement strategy across 8 brands and 3 catering brands for both web and app platforms. The perfect candidate will oversee the creation of actionable insights and spearhead the development of a "next-generation" platform that elevates our digital experience through innovative technologies and strategic design.

Responsibilities

  • Define, expand, and oversee the translation of complex business requirements into detailed user stories for cross-functional developer teams
  • Lead the architecture and design of robust data layers, detailed technical specifications, and manage release train coordination with development teams
  • Strategically configure, manage, and optimize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to anticipate and meet evolving analytics requirements
  • Supervise QA & Testing efforts across all infrastructure levels, ensuring comprehensive collaboration with development teams for streamlined release management
  • Guarantee BigQuery Google Analytics data is meticulously formatted, high-quality, and fully optimized for downstream team usage
  • Develop, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure leveraging Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for both web and app platforms
  • Drive the creation and enforcement of a unified, cross-brand solution to enable asset reuse and streamline data consolidation across multiple brands
  • Oversee and ensure seamless implementations for complex catering brand needs
  • Strategize and lead testing processes and quality assurance, fostering close collaboration with development teams
  • Design and drive innovation in developing and managing advanced reporting and dashboards within Looker Studio
  • Train and mentor junior analysts to build collective expertise and improve team scalability
Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role
  • At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success in building, implementing, and leading data measurement plans and Solution Design strategies at scale
  • Advanced expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing dataLayer configurations
  • Expert-level knowledge of mobile app tracking solutions for iOS and Android platforms
  • Significant experience in configuring, optimizing, and managing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for advanced use cases
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and lead teams in creating complex dashboards and reporting systems using Looker Studio
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with technical and executive teams to deliver and drive high-impact strategic project outcomes
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) at a minimum B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Proficiency in BigQuery with demonstrable experience
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying, analysis, and data manipulation
