Responsibilities
- Design cloud network infrastructure solutions to meet organizational requirements
- Oversee management of centralized DNS and DHCP systems using BlueCat
- Ensure seamless integration of DNS records across cloud-native and on-premises solutions
- Establish network policies, procedures, and standards to maintain system integrity
- Monitor performance metrics and resolve issues to ensure dependable network operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative network configurations
- Automate network processes using tools and scripting technologies
- Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in cloud networking

- 5+ years of relevant experience in cloud networking services, including Virtual Private Cloud, Virtual Private Network, Cloud Interconnect, and Cloud Domain Name System
- Proficiency in using Cloud/BlueCat servers and managing DNS systems
- Deep knowledge of network security principles and implementation strategies
- Familiarity with network protocols like Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, Domain Name System, and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol
- Background in Internet Protocol Addressing and Subnetting for efficient network design
- Skills in leveraging network automation tools and scripting languages such as Python and Terraform
- Understanding of Jenkins Pipeline for workflow automation
- Competency in operating network monitoring tools, including ELK and SolarWinds
- Flexibility to handle pressure and provide effective problem-solving solutions
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Capability to work remotely and participate in an on-call rotation
- Professional certifications for Cloud Network Engineers from Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of containerization platforms and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker
