We are actively searching for an experienced Lead Business Solution Architect to take charge of the Salesforce Stream in our technology consulting projects.
This essential role supervises the Salesforce team and ensures the availability of Salesforce tech-related artifacts. The perfect candidate will have an extensive background in the Lead-to-Cash process and a deep understanding of the information services sector's key principles.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct the discovery, assessment, and design solutions from a business architecture view
  • Engage in service design workshops
  • Lead the formation of EPIC-level backlogs, including the RACI
  • Develop the Salesforce Capability Map
  • Assist with High-Level Solution Architecture
  • Ensure solutions align with best practices of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, CRM, and RLM
  • Lead C-level meetings and establish KPIs
  • Oversee the delivery of the Salesforce team
Requirements
  • 7+ years of business solution architecture experience or related capacities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Non-Salesforce CPQ, RLM, Salesforce and Non-Salesforce Billing tools, Salesforce CORE Clouds
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Management including OWD, OLS, FLS
  • Competency in technology recommendations
  • Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
  • Understanding of the Lead-to-Cash process and Billing Logic
  • Background in Business Process Assessment and re-imagining activities
  • Capability in technology mapping
  • Solution-oriented approach
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher

  • Familiarity with Pega
  • Experience with Oracle ERP
