Responsibilities

  • Deliver L2 user support and collaborate with L1 to devise solutions
  • Interface with development and Salesforce teams to troubleshoot bugs
  • Keep documentation current for upcoming releases
  • Evaluate user feedback and Product KPIs to derive insights
  • Organize triage sessions and record their outcomes
  • Assist in ensuring readiness for launches and managing transitions
  • Communicate updates on new features to end users
  • Work with UX and GPO Scaled Operations to implement enhancements
  • Champion documentation and management of project requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Demonstrated leadership in user support capacities
  • Participation in product launch initiatives background
  • Proficiency in SAP guided buying and Ariba
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Capability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Strong ability to organize and manage projects
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms
