We are seeking a seasoned Lead BI Analyst to lead and innovate our data analysis processes, from ERP to final data products.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing datasets, crafting clear documentation, and designing transformative data solutions for our clients. This position will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring optimal execution of data strategies and workflows.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with business and technical stakeholders to accurately define requirements
- Develop comprehensive requirements and document them as Epics, Features, and Stories
- Collaborate with engineering teams to estimate and deliver work efficiently
- Conduct thorough reviews of work, presenting results and insights directly to clients
- Coordinate cross-functionally with teams located in the Americas, Europe, and India
- Employ strong data modeling skills to craft structured and efficient data frameworks
- Utilize deep understanding of data and analytics to enhance data-driven decision making
- Generate well-organized documentation to support data development process
- Navigate agile processes effectively to optimize project flow and deliverables
- Demonstrate proficiency in communication to ensure clear and concise exchange of information

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and data development projects
- BI knowledge
- Background in working with business and technical teams
- Proficiency in data modeling and data analytics
- Competency in creating and handling documentation
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience defining Epics, Features, and Stories
- Skills in communicating complex data concepts and outcomes to diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with AWS
- Understanding of EPAM Data Factory Platform and EPAM Data Factory Blueprint
- Knowledge of Data Product Lifecycle, data ingestion, and curation
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services and Snowflake
