We are looking for a talented Lead BI Analyst to extend our team of professionals who canhelp our customers achieve their digital transformation through data in various industries.

• Plan and execute elicitation/discovery activities to engage both business and IT stakeholders
• Design and drive stakeholder workshops/interviews to define and prioritize their business needs
• Translate business needs into requirements and work with the deliveryteam through the entire project lifecycle (overseeing developments and acting as a Product Owner / Business Analyst )
• Perform data discovery, data assessment, data profiling
• Prototype business needsand validate prototypes with business stakeholders before sending them to mass production using mockuping / prototyping/ data visualization tools
• Conduct Sprint review sessions or UAT with customer stakeholders
• Work in collaboration with customer stakeholders / delivery management / technical leads in the design phase of the data products that should address the business needs
• Prepare post-development / post-production materials to support stakeholders in increasing the adoption of deliverables (e.g., trainings / training materials / marketing materials)

• 8+ years experience in working in the data domain on data and analytical projects
• 4+ years experience working with requirements on BI / Data / Analytical projects (gathering, presenting, estimating, prioritizing, etc.)
• Good ability to translate business needs into data requirements (incl. proficiency in validating and visualizing data requirements to customers)
• Experience in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery as part of the team (for example, data visualization / reporting / BI, advanced analytics solutions) utilizingAgile and waterfall app
• Ability to use modern data visualization tools for visualizing and prototyping business needs
• Experience in working with data profiling, data discovery tools, using industry best practices
• Ability to take ownership of the end result and to help developers get there
• Good understanding of Proof of Concept / Minimum Viable Product / Minimum Loveable Product terms
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage customer expectations and present and explain project deliverables to senior stakeholders onsite and offsite. Ability to work individually or in a team environment without supervision
• Experience in working with business and IT stakeholders, as well as end-users
• Knowledge of the data and analytics landscape and recent trends

• Experience in prototyping data solutions
• Industry expertise (Finance / Insurance / Oil and Gas / Supply Chain / Marketing)
• Experience in acting as Product Owner / Data Product Owner roles on analytical projects
• Hands-on experience with one or more wireframing, prototyping tools (e.g., using Figma)
• Development expertise in building data visualizations using Tableau / Power BI / any modern data visualization tool
• Experience running on-site customer workshops
• Experience in working with data on cloud on major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Math/numerical background with good analytical mindset, knowledge and understanding of basic data analysis and visualization concepts, understanding of hypothesis testing, data mining, clustering, regression
