- Demonstrate a proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn and explore new technologies, including GenAI, LLM and Copilots
- Lead the implementation and management of Azure cloud services with a focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub or GitLab
- Write and maintain high-quality, reusable code and manage configurations through scripting languages such as Python, Bash or PowerShell
- Configure, monitor and maintain cost-effective, scalable and resilient Microsoft Azure solutions
- Ensure compliance with client security, quality, scalability, resiliency and regulatory standards
- Create clear, comprehensive technical support documentation, reusable assets and guidance materials
- Provide technical direction for DevOps initiatives across different solution groups and third-party vendors
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and resolve issues
- 3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab or similar tools
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expertise in tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, Pulumi or Bicep for managing cloud infrastructure
- Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages, preferably Python, Bash or PowerShell, to automate tasks and manage configurations
- DevOps Full Stack: Practical knowledge of DevOps practices across the full stack (database, services, code, deployment and monitoring) within Azure Cloud
- Experience with container technologies and orchestration tools, including Docker, Kubernetes and Helm
- Proven experience in using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub or GitLab
- Strong ability to work with developers, architects and project managers to identify and resolve bottlenecks, improve application performance and ensure smooth deployments
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
- Having regular developer's experience
- Understanding of Cloud best practices established in the marked, such as Cloud Adoption Framework and Well Architected Framework
- Ability to identify opportunities, propose and implement changes of improvement in current process
