We are looking for a detail-focused and highly capable Lead Automation Tester in .NET to join our development team.
In this position, the chosen candidate will focus primarily on creating and implementing automation tests to verify the quality and performance of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both manual and automated testing within a .NET environment and show proficiency in tools like Selenium with C# and SpecFlow+Gherkin.

Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and implement automation scripts using Selenium with C#
- Work collaboratively with business analysts and developers to understand functional requirements and system behaviors
- Engage actively in 3 amigo sessions and implement testing pyramid strategies to achieve comprehensive test coverage
- Execute functional, usability, cross-platform, and security tests for MVC/SPA applications and Web APIs
- Manage the creation and maintenance of test documentation including test plans, test cases, checklists, bug reports, and test reports
- Estimate QA efforts, define scopes for regression, and automation testing
- Enhance quality-related processes throughout all phases of product development
- Develop and introduce process improvements and strategies to boost testing efficiency and reliability
- Undertake manual testing, automate 1-2 test cases per sprint

- Over 5 years of proven QA field experience
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in C#, .Net, and familiarity with Selenium WebDriver for creating automation test scripts
- Solid understanding of .NET for API testing
- Experience and proficiency in using SpecFlow+Gherkin for behavior-driven development
- Competency in real-world test design methodologies and implementation
- Background in UI, REST API, and job services testing
- Strong experience within Agile testing practices including 3 amigo sessions and testing pyramid approach
- Fluency in English with exemplary communication skills to effectively interact with peers
- Flexibility to adapt and amend workflows and processes
- Capability to independently manage and lead micro-projects with diligence and accuracy
