Lead Automation Tester in Java

Our dynamic team is searching for a dedicated and experienced Lead Automation Tester in Java.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for designing, implementing, and enhancing automation tests to uphold the highest quality standards throughout our software development cycles. Responsibilities

• Draft functional, integration, and acceptance test cases
• Implement automation for regression testing, functional testing, and smoke testing
• Synchronize test cycles with the DevOps pipeline
• Address and remedy system issues effectively
• Apply test automation for backend services
• Track and report defects
• Oversee test data and test environments
• Manage version control of test scripts

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Over 5 years of Quality Assurance experience, including at least 3 years in test automation development
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency in using Gradle, Groovy, Java, Selenium, and Serenity BDD
• Background in developing and maintaining automation scripts
• Expertise in establishing testing frameworks from scratch
• Knowledge of white box testing and mocking functionality
• Proficiency in agile methodology with strong analytical skills
• Qualifications in functional, integration, and regression testing
• Skills in crafting unit tests to cover edge cases, usability, and reliability
• Understanding of manual testing proficiency
• Experience in fusing test suites with CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent documentation abilities and English proficiency (B2 level or above)
