We are seeking an experienced Lead Automation Tester with a specialization in Java to join our team.
The chosen candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our automated testing capabilities for Delivery Navigator utilizing Google's Prober test infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Enhance automated test coverage with Google internal Probers test infrastructure
- Replicate existing tests to formulate new test suites for intricate user journeys
- Construct test suites for various scenarios, edge cases, and integration points derived from manual tests
- Continuously refine and uphold our automated testing framework as new features are rolled out
- 5+ years in test automation
- 1+ years in a relevant leadership role
- Competency in Java 8+ for crafting test cases
- Background in Google Cloud Internal Development Environment
- Knowledge of SQL, ORMs, and preferably Spanner/Cloud Spanner
- Proficiency in frontend testing frameworks, such as Karma
- Understanding of security and privacy protocols within Google
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum
- Fluent English communication abilities at a B2+ level
- Experience with API and Integration platforms
