Lead Application Support Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Application Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will handle complex technical issues, including coding and application defects.

Responsibilities

  • Handling complex technical issues, including coding and application defects, within the MSS program
  • Investigating and troubleshooting application-related issues raised by users/clients and executing workarounds when necessary
  • Collaborating with technical teams for problem resolution and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate product teams

  • 3+ years of production experience supporting Content Management Systems, including Content Hub/DAM, PCM (e.g., Magento, Sitecore, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Strelka, Laika)
  • Experience in WEB Content error troubleshooting and fix
  • Proficiency in Web App and BFF, with knowledge of C#, .NET, Next.JS, React, and Typescript
  • Ability to support integration of 3rd party applications
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps concepts, and CI/CD implementation with Azure DevOps services or Jenkins
  • ITIL foundations knowledge, especially in Incident and Service Request Management
  • Responsible attitude, good communication skills, and technical debugging/troubleshooting/support experience
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and ticketing software such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
  • Understanding of software technical support/maintenance process and creating documentation for support and maintenance (e.g., runbooks)
  • Proven issue troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
