We are looking for a talented Lead AEM Developer to enhance our dynamic team.
You will spearhead the design and execution of solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service and Java 11.
The successful candidate will possess a robust technical foundation, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage in site implementation for global clients
- Guide a team of developers
- Architect the solution design
- Work closely with the team and clients to devise problem-solving strategies
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the most effective development approach
- Create and execute digital consumer experience solutions based on Adobe EM product suite
- Address technical challenges with thoughtful problem-solving
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to content management implementations
- Apply iterative/Agile methodologies as necessary
- Maintain high standards of code quality and follow best coding practices
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and facilitate team knowledge sharing

- Minimum of 5 years in J2EE development
- Minimum of 5 years in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) implementation
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in AEM-related technologies: OSGi, Java Content Repository, Apache Sling
- Familiarity with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Extensive experience with modern JS frameworks, such as React or Angular, particularly in creating websites that integrate with AEM
- In-depth understanding of AEM MSM concepts
- Proficiency in version control using Git
- Experience with Maven build frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Broad experience in the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
- Experience in developing headless solutions on AEM
