Junior Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for an energetic Junior Test Automation Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary team of engineers, architects, designers, and strategists in Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute automated tests to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Implement test plans and strategies for efficient testing workflows
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues identified during testing
  • Optimize and maintain Test Automation Framework (TAF)
  • Perform regular code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
  • Develop and maintain test suites with respective test cases
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide progress updates
  • Continuously learn and apply new testing methodologies, tools, and technologies

  • Knowledge of Java, .NET, C#, or Python
  • Experience with common testing frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, Playwright, Pytest, TestNG, JUnit, Robot Framework, WebdriverIO
  • Background in test methodologies and writing test plans and strategies
  • Skills in test design, creating test suites, and debugging complex issues
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills in a dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, learning-driven culture
Nice to have
  • Basic understanding of Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Basic DevOps/SysAdmin knowledge
