Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation across various project domains, such as FinTech, e-commerce, Life Sciences, and more
  • Conduct research and process information to create accurate, concise content tailored for users
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to gather technical details and insights needed for documentation
  • Edit, structure, and format content to ensure clarity, usability, and adherence to technical writing standards
  • Proficiently utilize text and content editing software, such as Microsoft Word, to draft and finalize materials
  • Address feedback by revising and refining content to meet quality expectations

  • Knowledge of technical writing standards
  • Research and communication skills for eliciting, gathering, and processing information
