Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation across various project domains, such as FinTech, e-commerce, Life Sciences, and more
- Conduct research and process information to create accurate, concise content tailored for users
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to gather technical details and insights needed for documentation
- Edit, structure, and format content to ensure clarity, usability, and adherence to technical writing standards
- Proficiently utilize text and content editing software, such as Microsoft Word, to draft and finalize materials
- Address feedback by revising and refining content to meet quality expectations
