Responsibilities
- Monitor networks and applications, providing alerts and responding promptly to resolve issues
- Handle common incidents and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams
- Utilize ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Zendesk to ensure organizational efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to maintain applications and meet availability targets
- Follow established guidelines for ticket resolution and document solutions for team reference
- Participate in rotational shifts to deliver 24/7 coverage with fair scheduling

- Understanding of network/application monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Datadog, and Grafana
- Background in networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher for effective communication and collaboration
- Desire to learn and grow while working collaboratively to solve problems
- Familiarity with basic web and database errors including HTTP codes, SQL query performance, and API failures
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT Service Management practices
- Exposure to tools like Amazon Web Services Cloudwatch and real-time logs
