This role offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from an office in Wroclaw, Kraków or Gdansk.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and write high-quality code in adherence to documented software quality standards
  • Manage and maintain existing codebases
  • Optimize designs for maintainability, scalability, and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems and issues
  • Conduct unit tests and perform bug fixes

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in C# and .NET frameworks
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Especially but not necessarily limited to Angular)
  • Passion for problem solving and troubleshooting with an eagerness to acquire new skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivation with a proven ability to see issues through to resolution
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learning and working with C++ to a minor extent (prior experience with C++ will be an advantage)
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, at a B2+ level or above
Nice to have
  • Experience with Angular
  • Hands-on experience with MFC and STL
  • Familiarity with Android and/or iOS native development
